Arendsig Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Fruit driven, guavas, figs, green peas on the nose with a fresh, crispy, long finish
This wine has no wood maturation, it spends 6 months aged on dead yeast bits called lees which give the wine a richer creamier texture. It is light – medium bodied with good acidity.
I have enjoyed this wine with a roast chicken and Sauté green veggies, very nice with goat’s cheeses and biscuits too.
