Arendsig Single Vineyard Chardonnay
On the nose I get a Citrus, Green Apple, Pineapple aroma and on the pallet a fresh minerality, rich, round, long lingering taste.
For me Chardonnay wine pairs with food better than almost any other white wine, everything you would expect from an unwooded chardonnay It’s not heavy in acid or tannins but it has more structure

Shell fish in Pasta Cream Sauces,in general I have found Chardonnay pairs with cream sauces better than almost any other white wine.
